GV II
Two houses, now a restaurant and shop. Early C19. Painted Flemish-bond brick, wooden reveals and moulded architraves to first floor, pantile roofs with brick stacks to gable ends and party wall. Each house 2-unit plan with rear outshuts and C20 rear extensions. 2 storeys; each house symmetrical 3-window range. Windows to the first floor are 8/8-pane sashes set in moulded architraves. C20 restaurant to the ground-floor left, No 10, and No 8 which is part of the right-hand house; C20 shop to the right, No 6. A pilaster with a moulded recessed panel separates the houses. No 10 is attached to No 2 Angel Crescent (qv) of the same date. INTERIOR not inspected.
