House. Late C18/early C19 remodelling of late C17 timber-frame; restored C20. Brick; timber-frame; slate roof; brick end stacks. Central staircase plan. 2 storeys, attic and cellar; 3-window range: 8/8 sashes (C20 to centre), in moulded cases, under segmental arches; moulded wood eaves. Central entrance: 6-panel door and fanlight, under moulded open pediment hood on consoles; flanked by 8/8 sashes in moulded cases, under segmental arches. Rear: timber-framing. INTERIOR: dogleg staircase with turned newels, stick balusters and moulded swan neck rail. Cellar: stone-lined. Undergoing renovation, October 1990.
