Includes: No.1 THREE ELMS ROAD. House. Early C19. Brick; render; hipped Welsh slate roof; 3 C20 brick stacks. EXTERIOR: Front to Kings Acre Road: 2 storeys; 3-window range: 3/6 sashes; central C20 glazed door and porch, flanked by 6/6 sashes; stucco quoins. Right returned side: central blind opening, flanked by 3/6 sashes; blocked doorway, flanked by 6/6 sashes, all in round-headed recesses. Rear: brick; C20, 3/6 sashes and blocked opening; central 6-panel door and margin-glazed overlight, flanked by 6/6 sashes; all under segmental arches; stucco quoins. Mid C19 lean-to addition to right, with 3/6 sash. INTERIOR: C19 dogleg staircase with stick balusters, and turned newels. 1st floor: 4-panel doors with architraves; picture-rails; architraves to windows; 2-panel door; 2 blocked fireplaces. Ground floor: picture-rails; 4-panel doors with architraves; architraves to windows; leaded overlight; wall cupboard; plank door to rear; leaded light. Cellar: brick and stone-lined.
