Houses, now club. C18 front to early C17 core. Painted brick; steep pitched Welsh slate roof; 3 brick buttress, ridge and end stacks. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, attic and cellar; 6-window range: to left, three 6/6 sashes (1 C19); to right, 6/6 sash, flanked by 8/8 sashes; all under segmental arches; moulded and modillioned wood eaves; 4 box-dormers, 2 with 3/3, 2 with 6/6 sashes. Entrance (to No.101) to left: C19, 4-panel door and blocked overlight, under simple flat hood on fluted pilasters; entrance to No.102 (and Club) to centre right: early C20 double doors with overlight and panelled reveals, under simple flat hood on fluted pilasters; 6 early C20 plain sashes, to No.101 under gauged brick flat arches; to No.102 set in stucco; storeyband overall. INTERIOR: early C18 mutilated dogleg staircase with moulded rail and turned balusters, some grouped, to 2nd floor; coloured light; 2nd similar staircase to upper level with turned balusters. Attic (of wing): C17 timber-framing and roof; 2-panel door. 2nd floor: 4-panel doors; 2-panel door; wall light with crown glass; arch with wood architrave; fireplace. 1st floor: C18 marble corner fireplace; coved ceiling with central rose; 6-panel doors; C18 fireplace; wing: C18 panelled room with decorated plasterwork to C17 timber-frame, and fireplace with carved overmantel. Ground floor: ceiling cornice; wing: C17 moulded ceiling frame; C20 panelling. Cellar: mainly brick-lined; massive chamfered ceiling beam; 3-panel door.
