House, now surgery and flats. Early C19. Brick; hipped slate
roof; brick ridge and end stack.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and cellar; 4-window range: 6/6 sashes
under segmental arches; similar over; brick modillion eaves.
Entrance to centre left: 6-panel door with margin glazed
overlight, in panelled case; flat-roofed portico, with glazed
sides and three-quarter glazed double doors with flanking
fluted columns; three 6/6 sashes under segmental arches.
2-storey wing, to right: hipped slate roof; outshut. C20
single-storey wing to left.
INTERIOR: dogleg staircase with chamfered stick balusters, to
1st floor; 2 stick balustered flights to 2nd floor. 2nd floor:
fire surround; wall cupboards; architraves; 6-panel doors with
architraves; skirtings; picture rails. 1st floor: moulded
ceiling cornice; 6-panel doors with architraves; wall
cupboards; fire-grate; skirtings; stick baluster landing
guard. Ground floor: 6-panel doors; splayed reveals with
shutters, architraves and panelled risers to windows; fire
surround; cornices and rose; picture rails; 6-panel door and
margin-glazed overlight, to porch. Cellar: 2 plank doors.
