House and outbuilding. C18. Coursed rubble to ground floor; roughcast; steep-pitched hipped Welsh slate roof; brick ridge stack; brick cross-axial stack to front. 2 storeys, attic and cellar; 4-window range: 8/8 sashes in broad moulded cases; similar mutilated sash to central gable. Central entrance: C18 part-glazed 6-panel door in simple case under stone flat arch; to right, 8-pane light and 6/6 sash, in broad moulded cases under continuous stone flat arch; to left, 2 similar sashes under flat arches; moulded wood band over. Range to right: C19 part-glazed 4-panel door in altered opening under stone segmental arch; continuing band. Right returned side: rubble; early C20 tripartite window with 1/1: 2/2: 1/1: sashes, over paired plain sashes in moulded case; wood modillion eaves; roof-dormer with 4-pane light and moulded eaves. Range to left (possibly malthouse): 6-pane light in moulded case and altered 6/6 light, flanking stable door in broad moulded case; double stable doors flanked by 6-pane lights in pegged oak cases; evidence of timber-framing.
