Town house and attached coach house. Early C19. Killas rubble with granite dressings to ground floor, stucco on studwork to 1st floor; dry slate roof with brick end stacks to house; slurried scantle slate roof to coach house. Double-depth-plan house plus coach house set back on the right of tapered plan wider to rear and with quadrant-on-plan front to 1st floor. 2 storeys, 2-window range house; coach house with 1 window at the front and 2 windows to the return. Original hornless sashes with glazing bars; house with tripartite ground-floor sash set centrally between 1st-floor windows and with pilastered doorway with consoles and moulded cornice on the left; C20 door. Rear has original sashes with glazing bars including stair sash with fanlight head. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
