Town house. Mid C18. Coursed Elvan (classified as greenstone) rubble with granite keyed flat arches with projecting keyblocks; steep dry Delabole slate roof with 3 hipped roof dormers with C20 four-pane horned sashes; brick end stack on the right. L-shaped plan including deep rear wing at right-angles on right. 2 storeys plus attic over basement; symmetrical 3-window front. Mid/late C19 two-pane hornless sashes, or possible older sashes with glazing bars removed. Early C19 pilastered doorway with roundels to corner blocks and moulded cornice to flat hood; mortar line of former pediment weathering above; panelled reveals; 6-panel door and similar panelled reveals. Basement has original 2-light centre-hung casement on the right with thick glazing bars to 2 surviving panes to top left. INTERIOR not inspected. Subsidiary features: mid C19 close-spaced wrought-iron railings with arrow-head finials over granite copings with quadrant returns to doorway approached by 5 granite steps with bull nosing.
