Small house. Mid C19. Killas rubble, with granite dressings; grouted scantle slate hipped roof with projecting eaves; brick end stacks; cast-iron ogee gutters. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Original hornless sashes with margin panes; central doorway with 4-panel door. Rear has tall arch-headed stair window with Gothic style glazing. INTERIOR retains most of its original carpentry and joinery features including moulded arch in the entrance hall; 4-panel doors; arched fireplace in parlour (on right) flanked by arched alcoves, and dogleg stairs with turned newel, swan-necked ramped handrail and stick balusters to landing.
