House and shop. Early C19 with later C19 rear extension and partial refronting. Timber-framed and plastered, brick, slate roofs. L shaped plan. 2 storeys. Front S elevation: ground floor full-width shop front with own door and second door at W end, mainly now C20 work but shop has C19 reed moulded dado. First floor 3 bays, one to W timber-framed and plastered, rest brick-faced, three 3x4 paned sashes. Roof hipped, boarded eaves. E side elevation: long range adjacent to carriageway and yard of No.14 (qv) and partially obscured by No.14. S end: shop front return window (all C20). Above, timber-framed and plastered with end of later brick wall to street elevation. Single 3x4 paned sash window. To N, beyond carriageway, ground floor brick, above C20 weatherboarding with single light window. Further to N, addition in similar style but slightly taller with central doorway with C20 door between windows, to S, 2-light casement 4x3 panes with upper light 4x1 panes, to N, C20 casement window. First floor C20 casement window, three 2x3 panes, one 2x2 panes. Included for group value.
