Town house with later shops. C18. Texture on stucco on rubble to 1st floor and studwork above; steep rag slate roof with old gabled slate-hung dormer on right; heavily-moulded dentilled eaves cornice; old rendered stack on right, heightened with brick. Deep U-shaped plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Old tripartite hornless sashes without glazing bars, possibly original sashes with glazing bars later removed. Ground floor has full-width late C20 shop front. INTERIOR: ground floor altered C20, otherwise not inspected but likely to be of interest.
