Semi-detached houses. 1847-50. Developed, and probably designed, by James Wagstaffe. Yellow brick set in Flemish bond with dressings of stucco and roof of slate. Three storeys over basement, three windows each. Basement stuccoed. The entrance is up steps in a two-storey, outer bay, slightly set back: flat-arched entrance with pilaster-jambs, cornice, overlight and panelled door of original design; upper storey rebuilt to no 10 and probably also to no 11. On the rest of each house, flat-arched windows to all floors, those to ground and first floors with architrave and cornice on consoles, those to second floor with architraves linked to the bracketed and moulded eaves cornice; sashes of original design to ground floor of no 11 and second floor of both houses; hipped roof, stacks to party walls.
