Double-depth slightly wedge-shaped plan, narrowing to the rear, probably representing infil development between adjacent buildings. 3 storeys and 3 bays, plus cellar and attic. At the left corner of the 1st bay is a low but wide doorway to a through-lobby, with a wedge lintel. To the right, the 3rd bay has a blocked cellar opening with ventilators. Otherwise, the 1st and 2nd bays have 4-paned sash windows with raised plain surrounds and the 3rd bay has similar windows coupled on each floor. The roof has a large flat-roofed inserted dormer and at the right is a large late C19 brick chimney stack. Rear not inspected. INTERIOR: dogleg staircase, unusually positioned in the left front corner, with open string, scrolled brackets, columnar newels, stick balusters, and ramped mahogany handrail.
