Two town houses. Probably C17 with c1800 refronting. Brick, No.61 to left with buff headers; tile roof with brick end stacks. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Platt band over ground floor of No.61; top modillioned brick cornice. No.60 has segmental-headed entrance with C20 stable type door to left of segmental-headed window with 3-light small-paned casement with iron opening casement; 1st floor has smaller window with small-paned horizontally sliding sash. No.61 has entrance with gabled canopy over half-glazed door to right of canted bay window with hipped roof over small-paned glazing; 1st floor has segmental-headed window with 2-light small-paned pegged casement with iron opening light; attic has large gabled dormer with 3-light casement. INTERIOR: noted as having some exposed beams and timber-framing. (Bearman R: Stratford-upon-Avon: A History of its Streets and Buildings: Nelson: 1988-: 56).
