Former chapel and school hall, awaiting conversion to offices 1990. Early C19 with mid C19 addition to front and C19 additions to rear. Coursed squared limestone, addition in ashlar; Welsh slate roof, gable facing; no visible stack. 3 windows to front are round-headed, with glazing bars; that to centre retains C19 fanlight glazing in top of window, others have C20 glazing. Moulded string over windows continues as coping to gable. Lozenge-shaped plaque in tympanum has lettering CIRENCESTER RDC. Flush quoins to left- and right-angles. Mid C19 single-storey addition to front has two 2/1-pane sash windows in round-headed moulded stone architraves with bold keystone, pilasters to sides and bracketed cills flanking pair of 6-panel doors with simple fanlight in similar surround; shallow plinth; applied Doric order with four pilasters, frieze and moulded cornice; blocking course. Right side has 2 tall round-headed windows with coloured leaded glazing; lean-to addition to rear joining main range to single-storey range to rear has round-headed windows to left and right sides with glazing bars in diamond pattern and coloured glass. Single-storey brick range to rear has concrete tile roof with brick right-end stack; six 2-light chamfered stone-mullion windows with 4-centred arch headed lights, metal casements. INTERIOR not inspected.
