Outbuilding. Late C18. Coursed gritstone rubble, massive gritstone dressings and quoins. Stone slate roof, now partly collapsed. Two storeys. Three doorways with large imposts to south, to north later doorcase with jambs. Above two openings, one with central flush mullion South gable wall has plaque inscribed 'EBE 17??'. North gable wall has steps up to loft.
