ST BRIAVELS CHURCH STREET SO 50 SE (east side) 6/165 Oak House
GV II Dwelling in row. Early C19. Sandstone rubble, concrete tile roof, one stone stack off-centre right and two brick stacks. Two storeys, 3 wide-spaced windows, 16-pane sashes and solid stone lintels marked up with voussoirs continuing as 'ears' beyond opening. Good 6-panel door in moulded surround off-centre left with flat hood, moulded edge, on stone brackets; stable door under segmental head to bay 3. Part of a modest row facing the grounds of the Castle (qv).
