SO 61 SE NEWNHAM CHURCH ROAD (east side) 2/3 Quay House -
- II
Large detached dwelling. C17 and C18. Rendered, some Welsh slate, but princi- pally concrete tile. Elevation to street, one-windowed unit added C19 left, original house two string courses with plain attic band above. Irregular fene- stration, mostly two-light casements, but one three-light centrally at first floor in original block, and at ground floor, right, deep two-light casement with segmental head. Large new flat-roofed entrance unit and door. Brick gable, right has basement; river front, in brick, three-and-a-half storeys, three-windowed all new metal casements under half-brick segmental arches; single brick string courses at each floor level; two dormers. At right, three 3-light modern sash.
