Shown on OS map as Nibley Farm Farmhouse. Farmhouse. Late C18 or early C19. Rendered rubble with gabled Welsh slate roof and brick ridge and end stacks. Rectangular single-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Central plank door. Late C20 two-light casements with glazing bars; small 2-light casements to upper attic floor, with very fine bars or painted leading, probably C19. Small 2-light casement in gable. Two late C20 skylights to front, and single-storey felt-roofed extension to rear. Interior not inspected.

- II Indicated on map SO 60 NE as Nibley Farm Farmhouse. Late C18. Rendered rubble, Welsh slate roof. Tall, one room thick, broad frontage; stacks right hand gable and left of centre. Three storeys, 3-windowed, ground and first floors, new 2-light casements, top floor, two only small 2-light casements with very fine bars or painted leading. Small 2-light in gable, lighting roof space. Central plank door.
