COLESHILL COVENTRY ROAD SP28NW (East side) 8/15 No.67 - II House. Late C18. Red brick; plain tile roof with raised verges; brick ridge stacks. Lobby-entry plan. 2 storeys and attic with first floor band and moulded brick eaves cornice. 3 bays: 16-pane glazing bar sashes with gauged brick heads; the right hand bay appears to be an addition, there is a straight joint between it and the main block. 6-panel door to left of centre with panelled wooden doorcase, rectangular overlight with patterned glazing bars, and a bracketed pediment. Single-bay extension to the right of one storey and attic with a segmental-headed casement to the ground floor and an attic dormer with hipped roof. Interior: the left hand front room has wall panelling reaching to the height of a chair rail and a fireplace with moulded cast iron surround. To the rear of the house is a late C18 straight staircase with turned balusters.
