House. Mid C18 with roof raised at later date, and with C20 alterations. Finely
jointed coursed, squared ironstone approaching ashlar in quality. C20-tile roof.
End stacks have brick shafts on stone bases. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys plus attic.
2-window range. Entrance to right has a 4-panelled door with 2 glazed panels and
wood lintel. To left two 3-light metal casement in wood frames with wrought-iron
casement fasteners and stone lintels. First floor has 2 renewed 3-light
casements with painted, chamfered wood lintels. Left gable has a blocked window
and 2 single-light attic windows. Panel on front wall has the arms of the
company of masons, London. Chevron, towers, pair of compasses, and mantling.
Interior not inspected.
