GREAT BEDWYN - SU 26 SW 4/68 Garden folly in Tottenham House deerpark 22.8. 66 GV II* Garden eyecatcher, c1720-30 by Lord Burlington. Brick, pebbledashed, on limestone ashlar base. Stone string, cornice and cap. Lead roof. Octagonal on square base. Semibasement with brick vault and external underground access. Two windows in plinth. Upper section with arched door up 6 steps facing avenue to house. Blind recesses on other cardinal points. Interior small chamber with plastered vault.
