CHURCH ROAD 1. 4430 (East Side) BEDDINGTON Wall to south-west of Beddington Park Cottages TQ 2965 SE 13/45 II GV 2. Wall of brick with battered coping, probably C17 to early C18, extends south-west to a point parallel with dovecote, terminating in a plain brick pier with stone capping; from here a wall of flint with rounded coping and tile course, probably C19, turns south-east round stable yard, interrupted by stable yard entrance; incorporates a brick gateway with slightly rounded arch and battered coping.

Parish Church St Mary the Virgin, Lychgates, Churchyard Walls and wa11 along Church Lane, Orangery Wall, Beddington Place, gate and screen, Pigeon House, Nos 1 to 3 (consec) Beddington Park Cottages, premises occupied by Hockey Club and adjoining structure, East Lodge, wall south-west of Beddington Park Cottages and garden walls-to north of Orangery and Beddington Place form a group.
