EPWELL SP 3540 12/22 Manor Farmhouse GV II Farmhouse. C17 with C18 and C19 alterations and additions. Long rectangular range to road with wing to rear on right. Front range. Finely jointed squared, coursed ironstone. Slate roof. Stone coped gables. Blue brick ridge and end stacks. 4-units. 2 storeys. 4-window range altogether. Carriage entrance on left has arched keyblock head and wood doors. Ground floor has 3- and 4-light casement windows with either wood lintels or stone lintels. First floor has four 2-light casements with wood lintels. Small blocked window on left end. Rear. 2 entrances have 6-panelled doors with wood lintels. Wing has a 4-light stone mullioned window with hood mould and label stops on ground floor and a similar 3-light window on first floor. Metal casements. Interior not inspected.
