House, now five flats and offices. Mid-C18 with early C19 and some late C20 alterations. Brick and painted brick, slate roof, gable end stacks. Three storeys, stone coped verges, modillioned stone cornices; five windows: glazing bar sashes under enriched wedged lintels with fluted keystones, stone sills; second floor: as first floor, but 6-pane sashes; ground floor: two canted bay windows with hipped slate roofs, a glazing bar sash to each side, and eared and shouldered architraves; entrance to left-hand corner approached by five stone steps has an early C19 wooden doorcase and half-glazed door. Single storey early C19 extension to right has brick coped parapet and a band; one window: top hung casement under plastered wedge lintel to right; to left the entrance approached by four stone steps, pilastered wooden doorcase, six panelled door. Interior: open well staircase with turned balusters, iron twist newels and carved open string.
