SU 61 NW SOBERTON SELWORTH LANE 7/62 Little Bere Farmhouse 6.3.67 II House, once two. C17 timber frame, renovated late C20. Exposed frame, mostly to the upper part, with painted brick and plaster infill, cement plinth. Thatched roof, hipped at the south end, half-hipped at the north, eyebrow dormers: tiled roofs to the porches. North-east front elevation, with five upper windows and two dormers above six windows. C20 casements. Two C20 porches with brick- nogged timber frames.
