Farmhouse, now house. Early-mid C18. Coursed and rubble sandstone, clay pantile and stone slate roofs. 2 storeys and loft, 3:2 bays. Main house, to left: coursed stone. Plinth. Quoins. Central 6-panel door in ashlar surround. 4-pane sash windows in ashlar surrounds, slightly smaller on first floor. Clay pantile roof with stone slates at eaves. Shaped Kneelers, ashlar coping. Rebuilt end stacks. To right, lower service range: rubble. quoins to right. Ground floor, from left: blocked chamfered ashlar doorway; 16-pane sash window in ashlar surround. First floor: 4-pane sash window in ashlar surround. Stone slate roof. Ashlar coping to right. C19 ashlar stack at right end. Rear: ashlar surrounds to windows; on ground floor, 2 small windows in centre flanked by 16-pane sashes; central staircase window with keystone; on first floor to left, 16-pane sash window with extended lintel to surround. Left return: 16-pane sash window in gable. Right return: two 16 pane sash windows in ashlar surrounds.
