WORCESTER ROAD 1. 909 (North West Side) No 70 (Black Cross Public House) SO 9570 NE 1/81 II 2. C17 origin but partly rebuilt in brick. 2 storeys. Timber framing remains on upper-floor of main front. Large right hand gable is of simple framing smaller hand gable is of geometrical framing, brick and plaster infilling. Well weathered machine tile roof. Modern casements and old sashes with glazing bars.
