4/100 Barn and stable about 10 yards east of Dunstall Court (formerly 3.10.85 listed as Dunstable Court and barn and stable about 10 yards east of.)

Barn and stable. Cl7 with mid-C19 alterations and additions. Timber-framed with brick infill and plinth, refaced in brick to south and with brick additions; fishscale-tiled half-hipped roof. Three framed bays aligned east/west with brick bay added at east end; main part has central wagon bay with opposed cart entries and double doors. Main south elevation: original part has header ventilation courses; additional bay to right has a door and a shuttered loft opening both with cambered heads. Interior: framing of four panels from sill to wall-plate visible in rear elevation with a large swept corner brace; collar and tie-beam trusses at ends with raking struts; original east end truss has two collars with raking struts beneath each and two additional struts beneath centre of lower collar; intermediate tie-beam trusses with raking struts and two tiers of purlins. The barn dominates the former farm- yard to the east of Dunstall Court (qv). Included for group value.
