Formerly house, now flats. Early C19. for S Parker. Slobbered rubble, stone dressings, stone slate roof. Two span roof. Three storeys plus basement, three bays. An entrance either side of central bay has plain surround and slab hood; six-panel doors, that on left has rectangular fanlight. All windows have plain surrounds: three ground floor and three first floor have sixteen pane sashes; first floor sill band. Second floor windows are smaller and have eight paned casements. Chamfered quoins, modillioned eaves. Two ridge stacks and gable-end ridge stacks equally spaced. Right-hand return has segmental-headed arch with keystone inscribed P SE 1841. Rear faces downslope and is four storeys, six bays with two entrances and fenestration in similar style to front.
