House and attached screen walls. Early-mid C19. Coursed sandstone, pantile roof with stone slates at eaves. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Quoins. Openings have deep lintels. Central 4-panel door below overlight. 4-pane sash windows with projecting sills. Ashlar coping. End stacks. To left, attached screen wall with ashlar coping, swept down towards left. To rear right corner, screen wall with round-arched carriageway with leaved board doors, and blocking in tympanum above lintel.
