- II
Farmhouse. Late C18-early C19. Roughcast rubble, Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, double-depth plan, with lower, narrower wings at each end. House: central part-glazed 6-panel door below semi-circular fanlight with Gothick glazing bars within ashlar sandstone shouldered surround with round-arched head with impost blocks. Sandstone ashlar surrounds with straight tooling to windows. On ground floor, 4-pane sashes below dripstone. On first floor, 16-pane, 12-pane and 16-pane windows. Shaped kneelers, ashlar copings, end stacks. Flanking wings of 1½ storeys; to left, board door in ashlar stone surround below 4-pane overlight. Side- sliding and casement windows. Rear elevation has round-arched surround to landing window with Gothick glazing bars.
