II

Farmhouse. C17 or earlier, mid C18 and early C19 alterations and additions. Timber-framed, brick infill and brick replacement walling and refacing, stuccoed front elevation, tiled roofs, brick central ridge stack and 3 external brick stacks to east elevation. H-plan; central range of 3 framed bays with probable cross-passage adjacent to narrow single service bay to left and a 3 bay right wing. Two storeys and cellar. A few square framing panels visible in upper left side elevation. Front Elevation: Main part has a ground floor 4-pane sash with cambered head, 2 first floor casements, one with a cambered head, and a C19 half-glazed door and lean-to porch on timber uprights. Left cross-wing gable end has a bay window with slate roof, central 4-pane sash and plain side sashes, a first floor casement, and outshut to right. Right cross-wing gable end has parapet, a bay window with slate roof, central 4-pane sash and plain side sashes, and a first floor casement with cambered head. Interior not inspected. There is a C19 outshut to rear of main part and service bay.
