NZ 7818 NW HINDERWELL BOATHOUSE YARD Staithes 8/70 Building adjoining Watch House to south (formerly listed as premises occupied by 26.3.73 Ann Cole)

Probably originally a lock-up. Late C18 or early C19. Local stone, part rendered. Pantiled roof with stone copings. Two low storeys, one bay. Six-panel door and small fixed lights. Blocked long window on west elevation.
