House, partly warehouse. Early C19. Red brick with rusticated stone quoins. Pantiled roof. Gabled front elevation of two storeys, attic and basement, two windows. Yorkshire sash in attic with loading pulley above. First floor sash windows with glazing bars under stone lintels. Ground floor one narrow and one four-light window. Four steps to six-panel door, top glazed. Waterfront elevation has original windows, one blocked.
