Estate cottage. Early-mid C19. Dressed stone with tiled roof. L-plan.
I½ storeys, 3 bays. Tudor style.
Ground floor has 3-light mullioned windows under hoodmoulds in outer bays;
diamond-paned sash in each light. Similar 2-light window between. 2-light
windows above, in steeply-pitched gabled half-dormers, also diamond-paned
sashes. The gables have kneelers and cross finials. Gabled roof with kneelers
and ridged coping. Tall corniced octagonal end stacks of 2 conjoined shafts.
Half-glazed door to rear.
