(Formerly listed as: Stable block approx 40 yards north of Cheeseburn Grange)

Stables, carriage house, granary and bothy. Dated 1774, with earlier core. Stable and granary doors and windows altered early C19. Random rubble with ashlar dressings. Lakeland slate roof. L-plan, 2 storeys.

South side has irregular openings. Almost in centre 3 segmental carriage arches with keystones and imposts, dated 1774. Similar arch to right. Also 2 boarded doors and a 16-pane sash window. Several blocked C18 windows with keystones. On 1st floor seven 2-light windows with hoodmoulds, wood mullions and 12-pane casements. Hipped roof.

On left return, 5-bay stables. 3 boarded doors in chamfered surrounds; flanking sash windows. On 1st floor a pitching door and four half-slatted windows. Early C19 stalls inside.
