THE WARREN 1. 5128 Isomer SU 7074 11/594 II 2. Circa 1905. Typical boathouse villa of asymmetrical design. Brick and rendering 2 1/2 storeys and basement. The basement has central boathouse entrance. Wide balcony across ground floor. Polygonal turret with 2nd floor cupola belvedere and tile hung apron between ground and 1st floors. Large central bargeboarded gable with timbering and an attic balcony in gable, above 6 light oriel. Catslide to right links turret gable over ground floor corner bay to right. French windows, central to ground floor corner bay to right. French windows, central to ground floor balcony. Otherwise sash windows. Tile roofs. High gable facing east. 2 gables facing west. Large gabled porch to north.
