Former farmhouse, now 2 cottages. C17 rear wing, early C19 front, altered mid C20. Flemish-bond brickwork front, brick-nogged timber framing rear, tiled roofs. Three-bay front, 2-bay rear, both one room deep, 2 storeys. Front to road: left return large, external chimney, 2 diamond-set flues above ridge. Front, 3-light casement window on left, cambered brick arch. Boarded door, under segmental corrugated-iron hood, wooden former in end, straight braces. Three-light casement on right, cambered brick arch. First floor, two mid C20 three-light casements, flat heads. Chimney on ridge one bay from right, 4 diamond-set flues. Right return, brick gable on left; half-glazed door up steps; 2-light casement on right. Above 2-light and single-light casements both mid C20, under cambered brick arches. Wall sets forward for timber-framed section, 2 panels high per floor. Old 2-light casement left, mid-C20 two-light casement, half-glazed door, 2- light casement, all under continuous weatherboard on bressumer. First floor three 2-light casements, left one mid C20. External chimney on right return, 2 diamond-set flues.
