GV II
Farmhouse, now dwelling. Probably late C17 or C18. Timber-frame, brick infill, large stone side stack with detached brick shaft, thatched roof. Elongated rectangular plan aligned roughly east/west with cider house incorporated at east end. One storey and attic. South elevation has late C19 and C20 casements with eyebrow dormer, to right of side stack, over thatched projection to glazed entry; further to right is entry to cider house; to left of stack is an early C20 latticed and gabled entrance porch. West gable has two casements, one to each floor. Frame is three panels high to wall-plate. (RCHM Vol II, p 157). -
