GV II

House. Probably C18. Timber-frame on storey-high roughcast base, tiled roof, external stone stack with brick shaft to right and central stack to rear. L-plan with three-bay range aligned roughly north/south. One storey and attic, two windows. West elevation has regular fenestration: two canted early C20 bay windows and two raking-top dormers with 2-light casements; late C20 door to left of centre. Frame is one panel high from base to wall-plate and has diagonal struts to corner posts. Lean-to extension to left hand side is probably C20 with one contemporary casement.
