13/34 Goffs Oak, Lee Cot and The Nook GV II

Row of 3 cottages originally a house. C17 extended C18, altered C20. Timber- frame with colourwashed brick infill and additions with added right cottage rendered and false framing stuck-on, thatched roof. 3 bay and smoke bay with 4th bay timber-frame added to right, then outshot added to left and 2 bay cottage added to right Cl8, all 1½ storey. C19 planked doors to right in left bay, to left of original right bay and to left of C18 cottage. Each bay of timber-frame has 2-light casement, and 3-light casement in left cottage. 2-light casement in eyebrow dormer above or just left of each door and 2-light casement below eaves with blocked similar in right timber-frame bay. Roof hipped with stacks above. 3rd timber-frame bay from right and on right hip. Roof ridge higher over C18 right bays with ridge piece. Cl8 right-end cottage, The Nook included for group value.
