Pair of semi-detached cottages. C17. Coursed squared and dressed
limestone. Concrete tile roof with C20 stone stacks. 'L'-shaped
plan to main body. Small lean-to and C20 flat-roofed extensions
not of special interest. 1½ storeys. Two-light stone-mullioned
casement with stopped hood with gable over to garden front of
Northcote. Two large top-opening casements to one with early
stopped hood, one with C20 stopped hood. Reused formerly 2-light
stone-mullioned window surround hewn out of single stone block over
left-hand window. Access to Northcote via C20 plank door with
damaged reused formerly 2-light window hewn out of single stone
block left of door. Axial and gable-end and lateral stacks.
Westcote. 1 1/2 storeys. Two-light casements with horizontal glazing
bars. Access via C20 part-glazed door in right gable end.
Interior not inspected. (Property of the National Trust).
