GREENHEAD A 69(T) NY 66 SW 648643 (South side, off) 14/71 Lime kiln, 150 metres east of Todholes II
Disused lime kiln. Early-mid C19. Squared stone in narrow courses; brick pots. Large single-cell kiln built into bankside. Battered front and returns with rock-faced quoins. Tall opening with corbelled, pointed arch. Domed kiln with 2 small segmental-arched pots on rear wall. A well-preserved example.
