NORTHLEACH WITH WEST END SP 1114 EASTINGTON (north side) 8/136 Devon House II
Detached house in two occupations. Mid C19. Coursed squared and dressed limestone, ashlar facade, stone slate roof, ashlar stacks. Basically 'T'-shaped plan with later extensions at rear. Slate- roofed and flat-roofed extension not of special interest. Main body; 2 storeys with gable projecting forwards left. Two sash windows lighting right-hand return of gable. Three-windowed house- front right, all 12-pane sashes with keystones. Six-panel C19 front door (upper 2 panels glazed) within semi-circular headed surround with fanlight, right of projecting gable. Semi-circular hood with moulded margin. Two 4-pane sashes with horns either side of window. Gable-end and axial stacks. Interior not inspected.
