GV II

Coach-house, outbuilding, yard walls and gate piers. Early C19. Rubble with tooled-and-margined quoins and dressings; cut sandstone piers. Welsh slate roofs; one brick stack. L-plan group on north and east of small yard; walls on south (with gateway) and west link to north-east corner of farmhouse.

Coach-house on north has boarded double doors under segmental arch; window on left with renewed glazing. Coped left gable; ridge stack rebuilt on old base. East range with C20 garage door, boarded door to right and window with renewed glazing to left; coped right gable. Door and windows in chamfered alternating-block surrounds. Gateway has square piers with pyramidal caps. 2-metre high wall on west of yard has pitched coping and opening near south end.

Northward continuation of east range beyond yard is altered and not of special interest.
