Large cottage. Late C17/early C18, enlarged and altered late C20. Rubble stone with alternating flush quoins, stone slate roof with renewed stone ridge stack with moulded cornice. L-plan, single storey and attic, with additional loft window on mostly new left hand return. Ground floor has three 2-light wood casements with timber lintels, that to far right being completely new opening, chamfered stone doorcase to left of centre with C19 gabled porch, 6-panel door with top 2 glazed, 2 fielded and 2 flush. Above door to right is small stone framed blocked single light, possibly originally lighting a stairway. Directly above a gabled dormer on eaves with 2-light wood casement and new skylight immediately to the left. Right hand return has 3-light stone mullion with straight dripmould on first floor, and plain 3-light wood window below.
