17/31 John Barnes monument in the church- yard of the Church of St Michael and All Angels, c45m south of the south porch

GV II

Pedestal monument to John Barnes of Woodmancote, died 1749, and other members of that family. Sandstone. Moulded plinth with inset corners. Fluted frieze; moulded capping and pyramidal upper capping stone. The upper part of the monument appears to have formerly been painted black.
