POOLE KEYNES POOLE KEYNES VILLAGE ST 99 NE 7/79 Blandford and unidentified monument about 12m north of north-east corner of nave in churchyard of Church of St. Michael. GV II Two chest tombs. Charles Blandford, died 1746; unidentified, died 1796. Limestone. Flat tops with moulded plinth and capping. Blandford tomb has quarter baluster corners. Sides have one large central panel with inscriptions and flanking strips, with relief drapery in strips on south side. In very bad condition at time of survey (June 1985). Unidentified tomb has rounded projecting ends with recessed panels. Fielded panel to south, cartouche with cherub heads to north side with flanking relief strips. Plinth beginning to break up at time of survey.
