2. C16/17 house. Timber frame, plastered, with fragmentary remains of pargetting on east side. Steep gable-ended roof with black glazed pantiles. C16 south end, two storeys and attic (attic windows in gable ends) three windows, C19 and C20 casements with glazing bars, central two-panel door with rectangular fanlight. Interior: wind-braces in roof, chamfered ceiling beams. North part is C17 cross wing with jettied first floor on brackets and jettied gable, ground floor two-light sash, first floor three sashes, all with glazing bars, attic lunette in gable. Brick chimney stack at junction. North room has ovolo moulded ceiling beam. C18/19 south-west wing.
